How We Started
SynergyStays was established by real estate investors with a combined 50+ years of experience, including decades focused exclusively on STRs. We initially developed our approach to support and improve the performance of our own properties. As our experience grew, we expanded our focus to manage the systems of like-minded STR operators by applying that knowledge to their portfolios.
Our goal is to provide practical, experience-based management that strengthens the operations of our partners, improve their properties, and create more freedom to spend time enjoying life.
